Refund Policy

All ticket purchases for the event are final.

 

We operate a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy. Once a ticket has been purchased, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, transferred, or cancelled under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal scheduling conflicts, travel issues, illness, or inability to attend.

 

We strongly encourage all attendees to carefully review their schedule and availability before completing their purchase.

 

 

Event Changes

 

In the unlikely event that the organizers are required to postpone or reschedule the event due to circumstances beyond our control (including force majeure situations such as government restrictions, natural disasters, or public safety concerns), tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

 

If the event is permanently cancelled by the organizers and cannot be rescheduled, attendees will be notified regarding next steps in accordance with applicable laws and venue policies.

 

 

Ticket Responsibility

 

Ticket holders are responsible for safeguarding their tickets. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets may not be replaced. Entry will only be granted to valid ticket holders.
